The fee schedule below is subject to change, or negotiation, depending upon the circumstances involved in a particular case.  The schedule below is provided to allow our clients to understand the basic structuring of fees in real estate matters.  The breakout is as follows:
 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

5% to 10% of Gross Income--Flat Rates Available
 

CONSULTING SERVICES:

$100.00/hour--or Flat Rate Fees (contingent on the project)
 

LEASE AUDITS:

$500.  Research Fee plus contingent fee of 50% of savings generated
 

PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS:

$250.   Research Fee plus contingent fee of 50% of savings generated
